We start with the foundation, because trying to build an AI workflow without an ethics layer is how you end up with a business that sounds like everyone else's and a setup that doesn't hold up under pressure. You'll build your Ethical AI Policy so you're clear on what Claude handles, what stays yours, and how you disclose. You'll run your Energy Exchange Map so you know exactly what to automate, what to delegate, and what to ditch. And you'll prep the four brain docs that turn Claude from a blank-slate tool into something that actually knows your business.
By the end of Week One, you stop second-guessing every AI decision and start running your business from a framework you built on purpose.
Week Two: Build Your AI Ecosystem
This is where Claude stops being the thing you fight with and starts being the thing that works for you, and it's also where most of what you've been told about setting up Claude gets thrown out.
We're building a team of specialized Projects, each scoped to a specific job, each loaded with its own research-backed foundation documents and custom skills so Claude actually performs like a specialist instead of a generalist guessing at what you want.
You'll build out the project folder structure I use in my own business, the one that keeps your brain docs, your skills, and your reference materials organized so Claude can actually find what it needs when it needs it. By the end of Week Two, you have 2-3 active Projects that know your voice, your offers, and your audience at a level of detail most people don't know is possible, and you never have to explain your business from scratch again.
Week Three: Streamline Launches Without Crashing Out
This is the capstone. You'll build a dedicated Launch Project and connect it to your Notion hub, so your next launch starts from a foundation instead of a blank page. You'll create a reusable, capacity-aware launch framework live with me, and template your Last First Launch Plan so every launch after this one builds on the last.
By the end of Week Three, launching stops being the thing that breaks you and starts being a system you run on repeat, without crashing out in the process.

What if I can't make the live sessions?
All 3 teaching sessions and the coworking sessions are recorded and dropped into your Notion hub within 24 hours. You can watch on your own schedule, on your couch, in bed, whenever your brain shows up. The live container is there if you want it, not a requirement for getting the deliverables done.
I've already tried to set up Claude Projects and it didn't work. Why is this different?
Because most of what's out there is surface-level. "Add a system prompt, paste your brand voice, call it a day." What we're doing is research-backed, layered, and organized, with a project folder structure and custom skills that most people don't know exist. You're not getting the same advice you already tried and failed at. You're getting the version that actually works.
I barely use Claude right now. Am I too behind for this?

Can I get a refund if it's not for me?

What's the tech side look like? I'm not great with tech.
You need a Claude account (free or paid, I'll show you which makes sense) and a Notion workspace. That's it. I walk you through every setup step live, and if tech usually takes you longer than expected, there's buffer built in. You're not on your own trying to figure it out at 10pm.
Is this going to work if my business is still figuring itself out?
