As a former corporate junkie who earned a business degree while working 60-hour work weeks
I know hustle culture inside and out.
I did the long nights, the endless meetings, the “sleep when you’re dead” mentality - and here’s the thing: it worked until my body said nope.
When you’re battling chronic illness, disabilities, or the unpredictable chaos of neurodivergence and unexplained health issues, that grind isn’t sustainable. I learned the hard way that rest can’t be a reward - it has to be part of the strategy.

YOUR FELLOW SPOONIE //
Hey, I’m Rheanna
With over 20 years of experience (and more lived chaos than I’d ever put on a résumé), I’ve seen both sides of business - the corporate grind and the spoonie reality.
As a Business Strategist and Success Coach for chronically ill, disabled, and low-capacity entrepreneurs, I get it. I know what it’s like to juggle deadlines with brain fog, client calls with flare-ups, and ambition with a body that doesn’t always cooperate.
That’s why my work is all about creating systems, strategies, and shortcuts that actually respect your energy. Because your business should bend to fit your capacity - not demand you burn yourself out to keep it afloat.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT 🌴
What makes me different from other strategists?
Strategy, systems, and a little savage sparkle - that’s my zone. I’m the coach who’ll call BS on hustle culture, crack a joke about brain fog being my unpaid intern, and still leave you with practical tools that save your spoons. And if anyone knows what it’s like to run a business with (multiple) chronic illnesses, it’s me.
Running your business can be lighter, smarter, and way more fun - and I’ll show you how.
Aside from work…
I’m your typical neurodivergent queen with seventy-eleven hobbies and an addiction to starting projects I’ll never finish.
I’m married to the love of my life and have three grown kids - all in the medical field (which, let’s be honest, will come in handy at some point when you live with chronic illness).
I’m also a proud fur mom, and I take that title very seriously. We’ve got Winston, our English bulldog who snores like a freight train on Zoom calls; Mila, our Frenchie with peak IDGAF energy who secretly loves a good cuddle puddle; and three cats who think showing their butts on my calls is performance art.
When I’m not diving into a new hobby, you can usually find me at our cabin - fishing, boating, or wrapped in a blanket watching a good movie. I used to love jumping horses, but chronic illness had other plans, so now I just visit the barn to breathe in that perfect horse smell (IYKYK). I’m also a sucker for a tropical vacay where the beach is warm, the ocean is warm-ish, and the spicy cucumber margs are flowing.
I’m an avid reader who devours everything from thrillers to romance novels, and recently my husband and I built our dream home out in the middle of nowhere on three peaceful acres. It’s my sanctuary. When I’m feeling up for it, I love having friends over for dinner - and making sharkcootchie boards is absolutely my love language.
